Processing time
We dispatch paid, in-stock orders seven days a week, including weekend drop-offs. Paid, in-stock orders confirmed before 12 PM Pacific ship the same day, 7 days a week, except on holidays and the closure dates listed below. At or after 12 PM Pacific, label preparation and dispatch move to the next eligible dispatch day. Upcoming closure dates (no dispatch): Nov 11 (Veterans Day), Nov 25–27 (Thanksgiving), Dec 23–25 (Christmas), Dec 31 – Jan 1, 2027 (New Year's Day), Jan 18, 2027 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), Feb 15, 2027 (Presidents' Day), Mar 26, 2027 (Good Friday) and Mar 28, 2027 (Easter). For manual payments, the cutoff applies to confirmed payment, not when the order was placed. Weekend drop-offs enter FedEx processing on the next eligible carrier business day.

Checkout calculates the qualifying amount and displays the shipping options available for your address. Coupon discounts can affect eligibility for free shipping. An eligible free-shipping coupon may also provide free shipping below the usual threshold.
Delivery estimates
Estimated FedEx 2Day delivery counts two carrier business days after weekday acceptance. Weekend drop-off or label preparation is separate from carrier transit. FedEx holidays, destination and service exceptions, and carrier delays can change the estimate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Addresses and availability
Use a delivery address supported by the service shown at checkout. If your address, including a P.O. box, does not show a suitable option, contact us before ordering. Do not assume a shipping option is available unless checkout offers it for your order.
